BennT Creek Regional Water Authority was created by virtue of that certain Agreement Establishing the BennT Creek Regional Water Authority by and between Todd Creek Village Metropolitan District and the Town of Bennett, pursuant to § 29-1-203, C.R.S., and in conformity with § 29-1-203.5.
A primary purpose of creating the Water Authority is to allow for collaboration on a regional water project—the BennT Creek Project.
The Water Authority is partnering with the South Platte Regional Water Company (SPCo), a private Colorado limited liability company.
